Did notifications just move?

I have a twinview setup. Two identical monitors. Two sets of panels. Looks
like one huge desktop of pure win.

Notifications have, up until today, been showing on the right hand monitor,
(technically) the secondary display. Now they're showing on the left screen.

Now I've seen all the people calling for the notifs to be shown on the
primary display, but I was never one of them. I liked them where they were.

Please tell me I can choose where they go.
