Never saw a blueprint nor a proper spec about this. This is a major
change to Gnome, Live CD and Ubuntu. Has this been discussed at UDS?
Where is wiki / blueprints?

Aren't we already supporting all the once that are translated for the
UI or do you want to bring in all the docs in all languages for OO.o
in LiveCD? (Is it like loads of MB)

Am I missing something but I don't remember seeing posts about
translations being cut from the CD. If their are not kept upto date
what the point of having them?

Why? Eg. Boot into live CD mount your harddrive (system fails to
boot), open your Fspot library of the drive finish uploading your
vacation photos and then go back to fixing your unbootable machine
cause you've been messing about to do some productive and useful work.

Basically <citation needed> and <data needed>. Please provide relevant
links to past discussions, blueprints, wiki pages cause I somehow fail
to pick up your big proposal from above.

20/26 MB of Gimp is Documentation as pointed out on Ubuntu Planet.
