Ubuntu 8.04 LTS released

As stated by Dane, thanks and congratulations on the release.  Have been using Hardy since Alpha 6 and love it.

Congratulations, everybody!  This is an awesome release!  I've been
enjoying using it since the Beta.  Thanks for all your work!
