Removable Drives and Media vs Preferred Apps

When selecting apps under the 'preferred apps' window, there is a nice
drop-down gui, with the additional 'custom' option for adding your own
commands.

The 'removable drives and media' window provides basically the same thing
(select apps to be launched for certain tasks), but it has no gui lists.

I propose that the two windows be merged, or at the very least that the gui
drop-down lists be added to the 'removable drives and media' window.
