Update: Linking from that page is also this: 
http://www.incompetech.com/m/c/royalty-free/ which seems to contain a 
wealth of music of good quality under a sensible license. Is this all 
created by the same person? If so I'm assuming it must be electronic. 
I'll have to investigate further ...
