I think plain criticism (non constructive) is useful as well. When you
are working with usability its often not easy to say *why* something
is not good. I think it would be appropriate to expect that many
criticisms will not come with suggestion for improvement. And I think
being able to avoid from taking things personally will allow us to
take seriously a much wider ranger of comments and use them to improve
things.
Still it would be nice if some qualifiers prettier than "crap" were used ; )

I have had similar issues where the exact same thing works by hand but
does not using the network admin tools (breezy). So it validly can be
a desktop problem.
Anyways, there were problems with wireless on Breezy and I have to
agree that it should be considered an important goal for future
releases and dapper in particular.
Here's to hoping NM stabilizes soon.
