Well I did it this way because I thought that the first part would  be
generalist part (newbies only), the second would go more into the system
(everybody) and the last would be the fun part of Ubuntu (everybody how
likes fun). By doing so newbies have all the time to ask/talk/test after the
first part.

Long break between each parts will make the event longer, so we'll have to
start earlier.

Great thanks for proposing you. Pick a subject and acknowledge it so we
avoid duplicates.

Well the whole thing about the two parties is to do them in local languages.
So the Lausanne talks will be hold in French. The only exception will be
Amarok if the talk is made by Mark.
