Ok. To make my idea of a programme more precise here what I think would
be a good framework:

==>> 19h00: Débuter avec Ubuntu:
-> Introduction à Ubuntu (10min)

-> Collaborer via Internet: (7 min)
Evolution et Openoffice pour communiquer avec les gens qui travaillent
avec des documents en Word

-> Plug and Play: Eh oui, ça marche (7 min)
Synchroniser son agenda et carnet d'adresse du téléphone mobile ainsi
qu'import de photos (haven't done any sync myself. So need someone else
to help with this.

-> La communication en direct (5 min)
Téléphonie VoIP (would be great to get a call from someone from South
Africa just in the right moment. Just to show the multiculti of Ubuntu
(and of course to show that this works).

-> Toute la panoplie: Installer de nouvelles programmes (5min)
Présentation de Synaptic. Installer par exemple un jeu et montrer que ça
marche, tout en attirant l'attention sur la dernière partie où l'on
montrera plus de jeux.

All in all 45 min, no breaks in between (they are in my opinion not
needed) followed by a long break where people can talk, try out,
"bidouiller", have a beer etc)


==> Eventually dinner break here, but I guess it would be better to do
that later


==> 20h30: Ubuntu for multimedia freaks
30 minutes all in all, followed by a short break
(Put here some sexy description of what will be presented).


==> 21h00: Sponsor talk
30 minutes, again, focus on the essential.


==> 22h: "Freedom" Party
(eventually put some music that is CC-licensed to show more about the
"free" philosophy.

Just to make things clear: I'm not a marketing specialist, although I
have had the chance to work some in this field. But I dont think that it
will be possible to attract ANY newbie with a five hour programme.
