Ubuntu Netbook Remix on Acer Aspire One Ugraded version.

Hi Alfred,
The first thing I would do is use the built-in functionality (boot into
Vista) to create emergency rebuild disks. Acer doesn't provide the disks
anymore and expect you to create them before mucking around with the
system. Your manual should walk you through it. Creat the disks
just in case. You never know when you might want to get Vista back on
there. THe rebuild disks may be the only way to gain access to
your legally-purchased Vista license again in the event of an emergency
repair.
Sorry, can't offer anything with Netbook Remix. I tried it via Wubi on a
laptop and switched right back to standard Ubuntu. The remix was too
focused on small screens (it's purpose I believe - hecne the name Netbook)
and since my laptop had a largish screen I wanted the full-fledged
Ubuntu desktop. Just my preference at the time.
