2.5 inch PATA Drives?

Hi:

I have a few PATA 2.5 inch Drives, and no hardware to connect to PATA. I
have some USB 2.0 Cases for them, but I'm having troubles Formatting
them with EXT3. Windows has a Utility to do this with USB Drives, but
Ubuntu does not seem to have this ability. Are there Hardware Cards that
can provide PATA connections like a PCI to PATA Card, to be able to do
this?
