To get the tool run:
sudo apt-get install bzr
bzr checkout
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bugsquad/bughelper/bughelper.main

To udpate the tool at any given time, run (in the bughelper directory):
bzr pull http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bugsquad/bughelper/bughelper.main
