Do we need this by dapper release?

Don't we want some quality control on this?  What I see on the main
Ubuntu site is that some companies use it as a place to link their site
from, while they are really not experienced with Ubuntu.  Maybe a way
for people to rate them and/or add their experiences?

We can also put that info on the -nl/-fr/-de sites and/or on the
official Ubuntu wiki?
