[Bug 119616] Re: Request Gutsy Logwatch package be backported

Is there a bug filed against the logwatch package for this problem?
Backports are for features, not bug fixes.  Are there new features in
7.3.6-1 that would warrant a backport?  Also, please edit the
description to include the debian/changelog entries since the version
that's in Feisty.
