Governance Structure Proposal for Ubuntu-AU

I think that those that are showing any interest in this discussion
should be automatically flagged as having a vested interest in the
future of ubuntu-au loco.  We can go around in circles forever and a day
saying that person X isn't right or person Y has got it all wrong...

@Melissa you have done a good job for your time in the position, but
have you considered that the ubuntu-au loco may have become "stale" and
in need of a facelift/change of guard?

For me, if there is enough people that believe that I am capable then
yes, I'll certainly put my hand up. However should it be deemed that I'm
not all I ask is for a reasonable explanation as to why, so that when
this comes up again (and I still have a interest) I know were to target
myself for improvement.

So seriously, there does need to be an overall outline that can be
achieved by all of us! what ever contribution you do weather it be in
your business/private life then this needs to be considered as well. Not
all of us can or want to hold a some type of position, they will just
contribute in their own way as they see fit. 

As I see it over the last few years the ubuntu-au loco has stagnated and
hasn't made much of an attempt to do more than to simply exist on the
official list (ubuntu) really if you were to compare us to some other
small loco teams one would have to seriously think about where we stand
from that view point.

So what is it we want to achieve? who are we and what do we stand for?
What is the future of the Australian ubuntu-au Loco team?
