package prob

Hi Guys

Am having probs getting automake via synaptic package manager. I get the 
following errors every time

W: Failed to fetch 
http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/autoconf/autoconf_2.61-3_all.deb
  Could not connect to localhost:4001 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111 Connection 
refused)


W: Failed to fetch 
http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/autotools-dev/autotools-dev_20060920.1_all.deb
  Could not connect to localhost:4001 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111 Connection 
refused)


W: Failed to fetch 
http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/automake1.9/automake1.9_1.9.6+nogfdl-3ubuntu1_all.deb
  Could not connect to localhost:4001 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111 Connection 
refused)

is this a prob my side or theirs?
