Newbie Install Advice

[Trias]

The link has info similar to what I tried.  Nevertheless i tried again.
adding the F6 live break=top results in some text and the error message
shown.

I then do the modprobe piix and exit and see a bit more ubuntu bouncing
graphic and it drops out again with the same error shown.

I have no idea if it is 32 or 64 bit.  The file name is
ubuntu-7.04-dvd-i386.iso that i burnt.
