Ubuntu Forums Loco Offering

Hi guys, sorry I haven't contributed anything for so long, but anyway,
here is my 2c worth:

- I don't think we need a Ubuntu-au forum. I can't see what it would be
used for that is not covered by the existing forums, wiki page and
mailing list.
- We should make the ubuntu-au list archive
(https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-au/) easily searchable and
prominently linked from the wiki. That might solve a few issues with
repeated topics.
