Yes I'm replying to the same chunk again, but for different reasons.

At UDS earlier this month, there were discussions about the Forum
Governance. The discussions related to the management of the forums and
at one point some people were wondering how quickly they could start up
a replacement, due to the behaviour of certain people.

Aside from this, there has been issues with the forums for months, most
notably in the attitudes that certain prominent forums people decided to
display, in spite of the fact that Canonical funds their existance.

Although there are discussions and have been some changes, I am not yet
personally convinced of the stability of the situation. Hence my comment.
