Given the current launchpad platform, we can achieve this by *manually* 
exporting translations from en_GB and importing into en_AU.  But unless 
we can submit translations back to en_GB, we have no way of sharing the 
work between locales.

I will email members of the en_GB translators team to start some 
discussion on this matter.
