[ubuntu-art] New Theme

Yes, well... I just saw the screenshots I sent and the 2 windows haven't
the focus so title is blurred (greyed out), it's intended to be
white :-O but you get the idea (a new one attached).

Yes I agree more eyecandy could be good. The default Ubuntu theme is
pretty closed and they have reasons for that beyond aesthetics, but
having nice alternative themes is a great step forward IMO. 

A clean, small fonts theme is something with a target audience out
there, at least I think so...
