Étienne Bersac has done some great work
collecting the information on the 
overall looks for 6.06 release of Ubuntu.

If anyone can find the time to follow his
lead and finish up the others, it would be 
greatly appreciated.  We will need these
sample pages to discuss future work, so it
is quite important.  Copy his work and use
it as an outline for sizes and such as this
will lead to consistency.
