[ubuntu-art] Frozen PR1

I would like to show extended gratitude for me almost having a piece of 
my artwork in Ubuntu 6.06, by sending you all a preview release of the 
Frozen theme I've been working on. Firstly, we have the GTK2 theme, 
using the infamous Ubuntulooks engine. For the Metacity theme, I took 
the Human theme and did some changes, such as making the white in the 
pixmap glyphs slightly transparent, and made the gradients horizontal, 
which gives the theme a VERY unique look, never before done effects done 
in Metacity theming (and it looks AWESOME!).  Also included is an 
incomplete version of the Frozen icon set, based off an earlier version 
of Human (I might merge in changes from the RC1 version one day soon, or 
maybe today but for now...just add Human to the inheritances, and yes 
for now, the menu icon is supposed to be feet). Due to size concerns, 
the wallpaper is not included on this post. My wiki page will be updated 
with a new screenshot of the theme soon too!
