It means the list you see when you go System->Preferences->Theme

I'd like to cut that down to six themes, Human and the FIVE described in
my mail.

I really like the idea of putting a list of nominations on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ArtworkTeam/DapperThemes and then having a vote
on Launchpad. Each nomination should come with (a) links to screenshots
that show off the theme, and (b) one neutral paragraph describing the
rationale for inclusion.

For example, "This is a very comprehensive theme that has a very
different feel to Human so will appeal to a different kind of user and
provide a useful contrast. The theme has a metallic, slick and glassy
look, with a saturated palette. Icon coverage is excellent."

I'd like to use Launchpad to handle the voting, and keep the voting to
the art team who are really putting in the effort to make all this
happen. You guys are doing the work, you should get to decide. By all
means, if you want, hold an open poll for one of the winners if you want
a "people's favourite" but for the rest I say YOU choose.

No, these will go in ubuntu-artwork (replacing some of the dead themes
that are there now) and will be available after a normal install to
anyone who does the System->Preferences->Theme dance.
