I really like the idea of putting a list of nominations on <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ArtworkTeam/DapperThemes">https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ArtworkTeam/DapperThemes</a> and then having a vote on Launchpad. Each nomination should come with (a) links to screenshots that show off the theme, and (b) one neutral paragraph describing the rationale for inclusion. For example, "This is a very comprehensive theme that has a very different feel to Human so will appeal to a different kind of user and provide a useful contrast. The theme has a metallic, slick and glassy look, with a saturated palette.
