[ubuntu-art] Ooo splash redesign for dapper

That would be a nice start, but can we expect a human icon theme for
OO.oand firefox in dapper?
I guess there is just not enough time. But I do think it would be nice to
have all applications using human or whatever theme is the default in
dapper+1.
