Do not manually update your specification to anything other
than braindump.  The assigning of specifications comes during
the summit meetings.

As of now, we should have the wiki specification, which is
underway, and the four primary targets for Edgy.

Hope this clears things up a little more.

Frank has a comprehensive post coming, and hopefully it
will illuminate more of the structure.
