[UBUNTU-ART] Reqest: icon for smeg

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this. Smeg [1] is
being considered for inclusion in main as breezy's official menu
editor [2] but it currently lacks an icon. I just use the GNOME foot
icon since that's what the default icon next to the Applications menu
is.

I was hoping one of you would be able to help me out and make an icon.
Basically as long as it fits in with the humility icon theme and makes
it obvious Smeg is a menu editor it's good. Thank you for your help.
