REJECT: qimo-session

After reviewing qimo-session, it is being rejected for the following
reasons:

1. this does not appear to be an Ubuntu native package, but the version
is 2.0.0 rather than 2.0.0-1 (or even better, 2.0.0-0ubuntu1).

2. no license file is shipped in the source package. Additionally,
debian/copyright says that the image is CC-BY-SA, but there is nothing
in the source stating this

3. I could not find an upstream tarball to verify the against the
uploaded source
