REJECT: qimo-wallpaper

After review of qimo-wallpaper, it is being rejected for the following
reasons:

1. no license file is shipped in the orig.tar.gz. Additionally,
debian/copyright says that the images are CC-BY-SA, but there is nothing
in the source stating this

2. I could not find an upstream tarball to verify the against the
uploaded source
