Ubuntu Unity as an official flavor

Hi Rudra,

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official flavor.

Some initial feedback on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuUnity/22.10/Proposal:

- You mention that you have a MOTU supporting the team but don't say who it
is. Please call out explicitly who the uploaders are on your team so we
know who to contact in case of issues (and also to confirm with them they
are on board with being represented as part of the official flavor
  effort!).

- You list individual desktop components which is important. I think
ubuntu-unity-meta should also be listed here (it's important that this
package exists, it's to your credit that it is already in the archive and
  being maintained.)

  - I notice that the seeds used for building this metapackage are in bzr.
Can you please migrate these to git? While it's not a stated policy for
new flavors, as a member of the release team I am generally unwilling to
add new references to bzr branches in our code; we are in a long-term
migration from bzr to git and dealing with bzr branches for seeds for
the small number of flavors still using them is an awkward wart on our
    workflow.

  - ~ubuntu-core-dev is already a member of ~unity7maintainers, perfect!

- It strikes me as odd that you include vlc on the proposal wiki page. I
don't think application selection is relevant to flavor approval, as long
as the applications you're selecting are from the Ubuntu archive; and I
would not expect vlc to be included in a package set that unity7
developers are given per-package upload rights to merely because it's
included in your image by default. (It is included by several other
flavors, for example, so any issues with that package's maintenance would
affect more than just Ubuntu Unity.)

Overall this looks like a fine proposal, and I expect we'll discuss more at
today's TB IRC meeting.
