Ubuntu Unity as an official flavor

Hi Steve,

Thanks for considering our proposal for official flavor status for Ubuntu
Unity.

- Sorry, didn't mention the MOTU in the Considerations section of the
proposal (I actually mentioned the MOTU in the Support Plan section).
seb128's the MOTU, who's been uploading the Unity package updates to
universe since a really long time. Added this info to the Considerations
section of our proposal.

- Sure, I've added `ubuntu-unity-meta` to the package list. We'll switch
over from bzr to git for the seed, no problem.

- Like I mentioned on IRC, I accidentally added VLC to the list when
replacing Totem with VLC. I've removed it now.
