I'm happy with this. Regarding https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Ensemble/Council
I just have a few quick questions:

 - Is "Ensemble Formula Council" the name we want to pick or is it
   "Ensemble Council"? Will this always just be about formulas or about
   Ensemble itself as well?
 - Did anyone spot anything that was not in line with
   https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommunityCouncil/Restaffing or
   https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommunityCouncil/Delegation? From skimming
   through it, it looked good to me.
