I think that most of the religious would disagree that atheists are
religious, though, personal feelings of atheists notwithstanding.

ARGH!  I'm labeled once again as a geek!  It's not so!  I'm a retired
carpenter.

We /do/ need some method of agreement upon the meanings of words.
At the same time, we don't /have/ to agree on those meanings and there
are many meanings to many words but it does help in communication if
we do agree to a certain extent.
