Update Deleting Minimize/Maximize/Close Icons on the top right corner of windows

Metacity had crashed for some unknown reason.  Someone suggested I start 
it using Alt-F2 (as the terminal would not work either). 

Now everything is back to normal.  I find it interesting that you can 
run programs including Gnome without having the window manager running.
