Update Deleting Minimize/Maximize/Close Icons on the top right corner of windows

My 7.10 with compiz-fusion enabled sometimes fails to show those
buttons (right side only for some reason) but they are still there and
function normally if you guess the location correctly.  If you /do/
guess correctly and use one of the buttons on one window they return on
the other windows right away.  Strange behavior, yes, but no
show-stopper.
