Suggestion for dapper -- scrap kubuntu.

I'm sure you're aware that Kubuntu has a different default install
compared to Ubuntu that's why there's a distinction of the name. If
we're going to scrap the Kubuntu name, might as well scrap Edubuntu
and Xubuntu (even if its a community-driven project) since all of them
share the same base system which is Ubuntu.
