Not yet. Danilo and I intend to write some docs explaining this and
other "best practices" pointers which will help people understanding how
Rosetta and our upstream translation providers should/can interact.
For example, if you're translating Ubuntu's GNOME, right now it is
desirable to be "on the loop" of what the Tamil GNOME Translators are
doing, and translating applications in Rosetta if they don't plan to do
it on their own (and then sending them the files so they can put them in
GNOME CVS). If on the other hand they plan to translate gnome-panel,
there's probably little point in translating it in Rosetta at the same
time: it only yields in duplicate translations and Ubuntu in Tamil not
looking like Fedora in Tamil.
