Bummer. First of all, the problem hasn't got worse, as I deactivated the
template last week, so people stopped translating further from that
moment.

We do have a list of contributors for every language. I guess they'll
have to be mailed so they get an explanation of how the Xara LX
translations work

Absolutely. How many teams do you have at this point outside rosetta,
and how complete is their work to date? In some cases, we'll be able to
replace some of these translations with previously existing work, which
would alleviate the problem.

Ok, we should first learn how many teams you need currently, and start
creating them, and then reopen the template but only allowing these new
teams to translate.

After we have the teams in place, we can look at the agreement issue.
