How long do reviews take?

I would like people to be able to transtalet my application trough 
rosetta so I added it (https://launchpad.net/products/hearts/). I also 
uploaded an initial pot file about a week ago. How long can I expect the 
review to take before other people can start transtaling Hearts into 
their own languages?

Not that I think a week is too long, but I'm seeing pending reviews back 
to february/march in the import queue, so I'm a tad worried it's going 
to take months :-)
