There's a few people who are in charge of looking at the queue, and
approve or reject as it fits. For new applications, I need to do
thorough checks before approving, basically to check that the uploader
is actually involved in some way with the development of the
application.
In fact, I was about to look at your application webpage, to search for
your name or evidence about you being the author. With this cleared
(your Hearts screenshot speaks for itself ;) your application can be
approved right away.
The "several months old" files are stuff we have no permission yet to
upload, but we held the rejection as we're still investigating/talking
to people.
