Sylpheed and Leafpad to Rosetta

Hi,

Sylpheed is a registered product at Rosetta, but gives "Administrator help 
needed. Sylpheed has not yet been setup for translation through Rosetta." 
when trying to translate it: https://launchpad.net/products/sylpheed/+translations

Leafpad is not found at all.

Could someone fix the problem make them translatable with distribution 
templates?
