Why two translation text boxes?

I dont' think that's what Tim meant. Often there are two boxes for
translations, like if there was a plural, but there isn't. If you
write the translation into one of them, the second box disappeart.
Harmless, but disturbing for new users. Maybe there is another but for
that, but this isn't the one.
