Uploads broken?, dapper translations (again)

The import queue is working, the problem comes with entries that we need
to review (there are some uploads that need a review now but that should
not need it, that's a know bug and I'm fixing it atm too).

What is broken is the import queue page that allows us to manage the
requested imports. Since last week, we started importing dapper and the
amount of files broke that admin interface so we cannot moderate
anything. It required a big change to cope with that amount of files and
I have it mostly ready. I hope my code will be reviewed on Monday and if
everything looks ok, will land on Tuesday.

This new code will give you more info on the status of your imports into
Rosetta and its status.
