Uploads broken?, dapper translations (again)

Hi,

Are Rosetta uploads again broken? Uploaded translations don't appear, and I'm
not getting any success/failure report either. Have been waiting for ca.
two-three days.

By the way, it's gradually getting harder to get Dapper properly translated in
every language, as the february has now gone by and Dapper translations are not
still there. It's now ca. month until the deadline (April 6th) for some of the
translations, and a week more for the rest.
