Asturian translations

Hello,

We are having troubles with ubuntu's translation into Asturian.  I'm
affraid that the packages already translated for Hoary or Breezy do not
appear updated in Dapper (except for poedit)

When  I select the language from System>>Administration I can only pick
out in Asturian the "Writing Aids" files, and I can't select the
"Translations" files, so it doesn't allow me to select all that we had
done for Breezy.
I have a file created by Jordi to configure my locales with Asturian but
the only I can see in Asturian are Firefox Abiword and
the calendar.
Could you tell me what I have to do to solve these problems or if I am
doing something wrong?
How can update the locales file at Ubuntu?
