Sending translation back

The collaboration works as follows:

Both upstream and the distros can use Rosetta to manage their
translations separately. If you are translating for a distro, you will
automatically see upstream translations where those are different from
yours, and can copy and paste them directly into your translation. This
should work today.

More importantly, if you have locked your translation so that only you
or your team can edit it, other people can still provide suggestions and
submissions. You will see those suggestions when next you edit your
pofile. Exporting your PO file from Rosetta will always give you your
latest chosen translations.

I hope we will make the collaboration features even better going forward
(a new feature suggested by the Skolelinux translators is coded and
waiting for review, it allows you to see automatically the translation
of a second language which may be related to the language you are
currently translating).
