http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_chapter/gettext_10.html#SEC150 to read more info about plural forms. We need the plural form expression described there, if you don't know it, just tell us the rules you use when writing Estonian texts and we will try to write it for you.

We are going to import automatically all hoary packages into Rosetta
soon and in the future mainstream versions.

We need to think about the UI to show that information, any suggestion
is welcomed.
