Hi Mustafa,

  Great to see you here and that you are interested in translations, I 
have asked sometime ago about adding arabic to  rosetta for people 
coming from the .il domains but it appears that the staffers need to 
know some points about the plurar nouns in the language.

1) Daf, Carlos, could you coordinate with Mustafa so we would have 
arabic available to work with from rosetta? That'd be great if we could.
2) Regarding importing translation work from debian/gnome/other 
upstreams - is there a policy for that or at least some info as to what 
is the date of the last importation of such translation if any?
