Stick em all in. The nature of a wiki page is its flexibility, and if things 
are already accomplished then that can be noted. Carlos has informed me that 
there is already a Rosetta todo list, and hopefully this will be added to 
the wiki page soon. 

However I propose that this thread only continues on the Rosetta list, as 
such issues are not relevant to the Docteam work.
