I sponsored a couple of Michaels FTBFS fixes earlier in this cycle.
Even though he wasn't familiar with our process at the time, he was
very quick to adapt.  I was also impressed with his ability to change
the way in which he sought sponsors, again he quickly adapted to
follow our workflow.

I also have to give him big kudo's for his help with REVU!  He will
make a fine addition to he UUC team.
